The English International School of Tunis (EIST) is an Independent International School offering the Cambridge Curriculum. We are accredited by the Tunisian Minister of Education and Cambridge Assessment International Education.
The School is part of Group Scolaire Rene Descartes, a well established private school group in Tunisia.
EIST is situated in an attractive part of Gammarth in Tunis. The school opened its doors to pupils from Nursery to Y7 in September 2021 and has grown by 1 year group each year until we are at full capacity by 2027.
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Art Teacher to join our esteemed school.
Responsabilities:
-Develop and deliver engaging art lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
-Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to express themeselves artistacally.
-Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across different subjects and promote interdisciplinary learning.
-Stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of art education to enhance teaching methods and curriculum.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in arts and deseign or a related field
-Previous experience teaching art to students of various age groups.
-Strong knowledge of different art forms, techniques, and art history.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
-Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and artistic growth.
