Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Place of work: Sousse– Tunisia
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
- Degree in Electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience of 3 to 6 years in Lean coordination or continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of Lean principles, tools and practices in industry
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize work tasks and maintain focus
- Ability to effectively animate continuous improvement workshops until full implementation of the action plans and
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization as well as in different Group networks (such as Go lean network)
- Very good communication skills is key to achieve common goals
- Fluent English in read, spoken and written.

- Very good organizational skills
- Good Change Management knowledge
- Very Good leadership abilities
- Very good interpersonal and team skills, mentoring training and presentation skills.
- Lean thinking and acting mindset
- Computer skills (MS Office, Auto Cad)

Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
- Train and develop the plant staff including workers on lean principles and tools
- Implement communication tools to foster the lean environment and promote the Lean culture
- Implement Go Lean! road map and ensure sustainability of improvement actions
- Deeply involve the staff to participate to the Lean activities and solutions definition
- Ensure on-time completion of Lean activities
- Regularly report Lean activities and achievement to the plant management team and to the Group Lean Champion
- Coordinate lean activities in offices
- Propose improvements of production processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and delivery
- Collect observations, ideas and solutions from the staff and provide ongoing guidance for an effective implementation
- Gather and share best practices from /with other H+S sites.
- Animate / guide Lean continuous improvement workshops (5S, VSM, Hoshin, problem solving, …)
