Job Overview :

A Project Manager in an IT (Information Technologie) company plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing various projects related to technology, software development, infrastructure, and more. Their primary objective is to ensure that IT projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the desired quality and objectives.

Project Manager  Responsibilities:

·  Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

·  Integration of third party APIs and web services

·  Be able to take complex and challenging existing systems and quickly developing expertise in maintaining/enhancing them

·  Be able to follow software development processes, prepare detailed project documentation

·  Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation

·  Work closely with Team Leaders and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

·  Write well-designed, readable specifications

·  Troubleshoot, test and maintain the application to ensure strong optimization and functionality

Project Manager  Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration

·  Previous experience in Information Technology Industries.

·  Minimum 5 years of experience covering requirements management, business analysis, programming, development and systems administration of various environments.

·  Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

·  Customer Oriented

·  Excellent documentation and reporting skills

·  Cross-group collaboration and teamwork skills

·  Critical thinking and Conflict resolution experience

·  Flexible and ability to adapt quickly on any new mission/task. 

·  Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

·  Analysis skills and complex business understanding

·  Willingness to learn and establish project management policy and guidelines

·  Ability to manage and deliver on time multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.

·  Competitive and proactive attitude.

·  Very good French, verbal & writing skills.

·  Englishis a must.
