Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

POSITION WITHIN THE COMPANY

The Delivery Manager Consultant reports hierarchically to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BinitNS. The Delivery Manager will be following all the Consulting projects managed by BinitNS.

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION

As a Delivery Manager, you are supporting the successful planning, realization, and implementation of multiple large and complex projects at the same time. Typically, we carry out our projects using a classic waterfall method, allowing for high predictability and with the need for rigorous planning and documentation.

You will help coordinate planning with all parties involved in the changes. During the realization and implementation phase of the consulting missions, you are supporting the consultants in all aspects of the project (risk management, stakeholder management, planning, and budgeting) while communicating the progress and details. Together with BinitNS and the Client teams, you are the person who ensures that the targets of the missions/projects are realized.

RESULT AREAS AND ACTIVITIES

·  Keep track of planning and help steering on the deadlines.

·  Help keep the project under budget.

·  Track and coordinate capacity.

·  Signal and report on deviations per project.

·  Track the progress of each project and analyze risks and issues.

·  Support the team members and make sure they deliver on time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor-degree working and thinking level

•  Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working according to Agile methodology.

•  At least 3 years of experience with IT projects

• Skill in identifying and substantively analyzing developments and/or problems, devising solutions, and directing required actions;

• Skill in drafting reports and notes.

• Analytically strong, critical, and decisive and can keep an overview through helicopter view.

•  Strong by nature focused on collaboration and clear oral and written communication.

•  Possession of basic knowledge of Financial and/or Insurance services is a plus.
