Job Objective:
• Set up and manage continuous process improvement projects by managing the human and material resources necessary for their implementation in compliance with quality standards, safety hygiene rules, deadlines and costs.
Roles :
• Management and implementation of continuous improvement projects
Responsibilities :
• Organization, planning and monitoring of the progress of the various stages of a continuous improvement project
• Allocation of resources (human, financial, deadlines, materials, etc.) according to the development strategy.
• Organization and facilitation of project teams
• Coordination of activities with other departments: supply chain, production, quality, maintenance, etc.
• Monitor data compliance on IFS
Authorities :
Verify and validate the technical feasibility of continuous improvement projects
• Implement and coordinate project progress with various stakeholders
• Implement and monitor progress of improvement actions with process drivers
• Lead IFS infrastructure improvement projects
Required Skills :
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience
• Autonomous, dynamic, responsive, rigorous, methodical, discreet
• Organizational skills
• Responsive and analytical
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
