Bank ABC is reinforcing its Wholesale Banking Department with the recruitment of a Corporate Relationship Manager.
The corporate relationship manager is responsible for managing and developing a portofolio of top corporate clients which implies calling on clients and prospects , being the central point of contact for the clients within the organization, proactively managing and satisfying client needs, performing credit assessment to determine the opportunities worth pursuing, discussing the proposed facility structures with the Head of Corporate , Head of Wholesale Banking, relevant product specialists and the Head of the Middle Office.
1 – Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate clients/groups by calling on clients, maintaining personalized contacts with each name,
- Promptly answering clients’ queries and proactively managing clients’ needs.
- Develop new relationships by calling on prospects and ensure that ABC is always positioned on key deals and invited to key transactions while identifying other niche opportunities to grow our annuity business.
- Strictly comply with all applicable risk and portfolio management policies and documentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies including KYC renewal, AML, monitoring etc.
- Meet/exceed budget requirements.
- Ensure excellent working relationships with all the departments of the bank in order to serve our clients to the best of our capabilities.
2 – Job Requirements:
– Education:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Banking or any other relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position within a commercial bank
– Knowledge:
- Financial analysis skills.
- knowledge of Tunisian market and main players.
- Understanding of sector trends.
- Client relationship skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Organized and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a challenging environment.
- Ability to work transversally across the organization and maintain high standards of professionalism when dealing with team members , ABC staff and clients,
- Ability to aggressively call on clients and prospects.
- Strong bargaining skills.
