Are you English speakers?
Advancia Teleservices is looking for 25 dynamic and motivated English-speaking teleadvisors to join its team. As a teleadvisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English-speaking clients.
Context of the operation :
English-language user support in inbound calls & chat on behalf of a global leader in video equipment.
Compensation and benefits :
– 1200 DT net per month for 40 hours
– 100 DT bonus for attendance and respect of schedule
– Bonus for qualitative objectives
– TR : 6 DT per day worked
– Paid training: 4 to 5 weeks
– Several company agreements
– Supplementary health insurance
