You will develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
You will acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
You will expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
You will ensure that customers receive the correct products and services in a timely manner.
You will serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
You will resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
You will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Qualifications required :
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years proven experience as key account manager preferably in industrial production.
Experience in complex B2B solution sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Good knowledge in electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.

Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.
