Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Community and Online Marketing Manager with a strong background in community management, online marketing, and social media in the web3/crypto sector.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement community management and online marketing strategies.
– Manage and moderate social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
– Create and manage engaging content.
– Execute online marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, SEO, paid ads).
– Monitor and analyze engagement and marketing metrics.
– Build relationships with community members, influencers, and partners.
– Organize community events.
– Stay updated on industry trends.
– Handle customer inquiries and support issues.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in community and online marketing management in the web3/crypto industry.
– Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficient with social media management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
– Creative thinker with a passion for community building and marketing.
– Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in SaaS and crypto web3 projects.
– Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop).
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
– Experience hosting webinars and online events.
– Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
