BeeCall is looking for an Account receivable specialist to join the team.
The account receivable specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial data entry, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, filling government and tax reports and assisting in the budgeting process.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software such as Sage Accpac, Microsoft Office etc.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication, and written English skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Are assets:
- Experienced in filing corporate T2 income reports
- Experience in filing CRTC reports
- Experience in filing Sales tax report
- CPA designation or progress towards CPA
Job Specifics:
- Hours of Work Per Week: 40 hours
- Constraints: Available to work nights, holidays, and on a shifting schedule.
