– Compétences requises :
Connaissance des machines d’injection ARBURG
Une expérience dans d’injection plastiqueMission:
Maitriser les machines d’injections plastique ARBURG
Monter démonter des moules d’injection
Démarrer les presses d’injection selon fiche de réglage approprié
Contrôler la conformité des premières pièces et lancement de la commande de production
Remplir des fiches de suivi de production ( checklists, formulaires ….)

Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities
Advice on development and production planning for production-oriented product design
Develop an overall concept for the solution of product-related problems using Marquardt-standards.
Create and present machine concepts and drafts
Discuss and select solutions together with the specialist departments of the equipment construction department
Investigating dimensioning, evaluating results and adapting constructive solutions to them
Examination of the drafts for feasibility
Design of equipment or units of equipment taking into account the requirements in the specifications and applying standards
Detailing and preparation of design drawings
Create parts lists
Identify spare and wear parts and declare them accordingly in the bill of materials.
Select pneumatic components and create pneumatic plans
Perform risk assessments and risk analysis
create flowcharts
Project documentation based on predefined processesMinimum Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering Diploma
Good Knowledge on one of CAD software such as Unigrafics or Catia
Good knowledge in CAD-CAM

Responsibilities
– As member of our global IT Service and Support Team in Tunis, you will be responsible for the worldwide operating of our Software Deployment environment using the platform Ivanti Endpoint Manager (Ivanti EPM).Your main tasks & responsibilities will be:
– – Write scripts to automate software installation, deployment processes and server management tasks (AutoIT and PowerShell).
– Manage Windows and third party updates.
– Work with a team of Systems Administrators from various disciplines to develop technical and administrative processes to implement effective desktop management on a wide scale.

– To succeed in this role, we need someone with the following profile:

Tool Engineer
Responsibilities
As a Member of industrialization team, you will be responsible for :
Evaluation of the feasibility of new plastic parts on the aspect of plastic suitable design, low waste on production, securing quality demands of the customer
Verification of the tool design in direction of the production (deforming, cooling, venting, part extraction with handling)
Guidance of R&D (mechanical) for “Design with plastic materials” and application support regarding the different plastic materials
Assessment of computeraided filling studies (Moldflow, Cadmould) and deduction of process- and tool opimization measures and formulation of design changes for the goal of a waste less MQ-series-production process
Conception of End of arm tool systems for part extraction and handling
Rationalization of the MQ-series-production process (automatization, reduction of the cycle time, waste reduction)
Definition of tool optimizations actions to ensure the optimal production process regarding quality and waste free production
Support of the tool supplier and the setter in the Technical Center (TC) for process- and tool optimization
Process and tool approval in the Technical Center (TC) or at the tool supplier
Start and attendance of the Serial release process (SRP) to transfer the tool and process to the supposed Marquardt production plantMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field preferred.Equivalent experience may be considered.
2 years of experience in Injection molding Tooling Engineering.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Software Engineer Equipment PLC Programmer
Responsibilities
Development of control concepts for assembly- and test equipment using Marquardt standards
Create and present machine control concepts and drafts
Discuss and select solutions together with the specialist departments of the equipment department

Commissioning of components such as servo axes, robots, bus systems, etc.
Development of PLC sequences under consideration of the process descriptions from the mechanical construction
PLC programming of the equipment, or equipment units under consideration of the requirements in the specifications and under application of standards
Programming of special processes to ensure the availability of equipment
Programming and execution of machine capability routines
Programming of HMI’s
Project documentation based on predefined processesMinimum Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
Experience with robotics and machine learning
Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
