Description de l'emploi
Individual local/legal requirements and adjustments:
- Ensure the department activities in the domain of SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM):
- Organization Management,Personal Administration (PA), Personal Management (PM), Personnel Development (PD), ‘ Personnel Time and Attendance Management (PT),
- Interfaces Time Clock Machines to SAP ‘
- Provide support of daily business on SAP applications in all Tunisian plants as well all plants in the Region North Africa through direct contact and using the Corporate Ticketing System
- User support and Second-Level Support (Error analysis and error fixing) ‘ Contribute and give User-Training on new functionality, Improve usage of SAP system
- Clarify new demands with local Departments and prepare requirement specifications
- Organizational consultancy in accordance with system solutions, and proceed with system adjustments and enhancements (in-coordination with the central Team)
Exigences de l'emploi
- Level of education: University degree
- Studies / branch of study / degree : Human Resources, Business Administration, Applied or Business Computer Science. Knowledge in Time management processes is required
- Work experience : At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position.
- IT : Profound knowledge in supporting IT applications in professional environments, as well as excellent analytical and communications skills.
- Languages : Fluent English and French (written and spoken), German is advantageous.
