In this high-profile, customer-facing role, you will regularly interface with client-side stakeholders to address complex organization-specific business process needs and provide solutions using Planisware software.What you’ll do:Accomplish Customer Satisfaction in the Delivery of the Implementation Projects, by:
- ensuring communication with the Customer,
- aligned with the expectations; setting the right level of expectations, and constantly monitoring alignment between Customer’s expectations; capability of the Software Solution (at the functional level, and technical);
- Capacity Planning.
- Maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with customer departments.
- Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Exigences de l'emploi
- English business level is a must.
- At least over 5 years of Project Management Experience and Practices, especially experience working with an international company is an advantage
- Desire to work with a dynamic international team
