Who We’re Looking For: We are currently seeking a Field Service Manager with a background in Telecommunications having field experience to be part of the offshore team, working with our US company. This position requires the resource to be working during US daytime.
What You’ll Do:
- Support field crews as a source for material up scopes, OSS trouble-shooting, site alarm status, crew login validation, site outage planning, and safety certification compliance
- Promote a safe work environment while ensuring a quality end product
- Provide a transparent channel of communication for site status, compliance, mitigation of issues and risks across departments and/or companies
- Works to deliver site construction with predictable consistency while improving construction crew productivity
- Considered a value add by field personnel

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
- Thorough understanding of cellular/pcs equipment configurations.
- 5+ years in facilities construction, preferably with broadcast, microwave, and wireless site construction experience.
- OEM OSS knowledge
- Preferred experience pulling and deciphering alarm logs
- Preferred experience in NSB, UMTS site construction or LTE site construction and Small cell construction
- Understanding of tower owner, carrier closeout package and submission
- Must have the ability to identify a quality product submission and own the Acceptance of a Site Audit
- Risk identification and mitigation abilities
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with Word, Excel, MPEG, JPEG and PDF files
