KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

As part of our Sales Enablement team you will work as a Sales Operation Analyst.

You will be involved in the following activities: 

  • Manage technical tools and platforms, including CRM in collaboration with IT to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value
  • Supervise and maximise automation and connexion with other tools
  • Work together with sales team and leadership to implement sales plans and to develop organizational goals
  • Lead sourcing and identification management
  • Consolidate and segment client & prospect data
  • Provide marketing operations support such as email distributions, collateral, and promotional inventory management
  • Manage customer onboarding content
  • Establish guidelines for CRM rules and use
  • Elaborate and maintain a sales knowledge base (dynamic page/site on SharePoint)
  • Draft and maintain our sales onboarding program
  • Conduct sales training and mentor new and existing product support analysts on all sales-related procedures
  • Define, refine, and administrate structured sales processes for efficiency and to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
  • Manage, ensure, and maintain the data accuracy (cleansing, up to date, properly stored & improvements)
  • Provide intelligence on usage/level of order or that could trigger upsell
  • Send surveys to our customers and reports to management about customer satisfaction

Exigences de l'emploi

REQUIRED PROFILE 

Education and experience: 

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or in a related field
  • Fluent in English is required, French and other languages appreciated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 3 years in a similar position or with similar requirements
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience using a CRM and comfortable with new IT software
  • Ability to perform Salesforce functions appreciated
  • Established excellency in Excel and PowerPoint required
