Description de l'emploi

  • Monitor the activities of the project.
  • Reporting to GM about any difficulties faced on the project.
  • Attend periodic meeting with clients
  • Follow up the process of invoicing of the project.
  • Perform periodic inspection / audit to sites to check their conformity with the requirement
  • Monitor the daily petty cash of the project.
  • Ensure that EMS documentary system according to “documented information” procedure.
  • Coordinate the implementation of EMS procedures to ensure a good system homogeneity and ensure their adequacy to achieve the EMS objective.
  • Participate in the development, integration and maintenance of an adequate information system
  • Identify all the environmental aspects, determine their impacts and evaluate their significances
  • Develop, implement, update and monitor the EMS Improvement plan
  • Suggest improvement actions to ameliorate the plant’s environmental performance to fulfill the compliance obligations and the requirements of ISO 14001 version 2015
  • Ensure the proper conduct of processes and the application of all EMS procedures and related forms.
  • Analyze and evaluate the process efficiency against environmental objectives, and suggest additional operational controls if needed.   
  • Raise, collect and follow up non-conformances in coordination with all plant’s departments, and ensure their quick and efficient treatment, and the good implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure good communication and periodic reporting to SWCC environmental committee and relevant departments to keep them posted about all environmental related information.
  • Ensure that expired documents are removed according to the relevant EMS procedure
  • Ensure the monitoring of preventive and corrective action realization and keep proof records.
  • Realize a periodic review of the EMS and ISO 140001 requirements, or after any relevant change in plant processes, compliance obligations or standard updates.
  • Plan & execute internal audits covering all activities under EMS scope, according to ISO 14001 requirements and EMS procedures.
  • Ensure the preparation and organization of the management review according to EMS procedures and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Prepare the management review report
  • Update the Environmental dashboard with calculated KPIs and Submit it to Supervisor in last day of Every Month
  • Prepare internal audit Report
  • Ensure that the Subcontractors are following the Environmental instructions of SWCC and using all applicable EMS forms
  • Coordinate with SWCC and environmental monitoring 3rd party subcontractors, to ensure:

– work permit issuance (stack testing, ambient air monitoring, noise monitoring…etc) as needed,

– proper conduct of environmental monitoring/testing,

– sending environmental samples to 3rd party labs as requested.

  • Check the Environmental Impact Assessment study and the related SWCC commitments, and ensure the realization and closing of all related projects and actions to fulfill the requirement of GAMEP and RC
  • Provide the necessary support to prepare the Quarterly reports to be submitted to GAMEP and RC)
  • Assist the Consultant during his Quarterly visits to the plant and help him in getting all the required information
  • Suggest improvement actions to ameliorate the plant’s environmental performance and meet the GAMEP and RC requirements
  • Execute Instructions as needed by the Project Manager

Exigences de l'emploi

Minimum 05 year in project management and  Environmental Engineering field  with knowledge and experience in the ISO 14001 , ISO 9001

internal auditor as per ISO 19011.

Lead auditor ISO 14001

Preferably PMP certificate

Knowledge about the environmental monitoring field.

Knowledge of GAMEP and RC Environmental Regulation
