Corporate Recruitment Coordinator
Job Purpose: Lead the people hiring process inline with the Coficab’s business needs
Your Key Challenges are to:
- Identify recruitement needs in collaboration with process owners and managers
- Prepare and launch recruitement campaing including job fairs, external providers, internet fairs, etc.
- Perform initial Preselection of candidates. Conduct candidates interviews & evaluation.
- Administer interneship and graduation programs.
- Recommend on the job initiation training programs for new hires.
- Update people records on the Information System (related to new hire)
- Prepare, communicate and review Recrutement KPI’s and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the HR Department and company’s objectives.
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Profile:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree and up in human resources or business administrationBachelor’s degree in any other field ( Finance, Accounting, Administration, Operational) but with good knowledge of recruitment and people development processes
Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years in HR
Technical Skills: Recrutement process (Launch recruitment compaign, conduct interviews..), Internal Communication , Quality & EHS systems Awareness, Psychometrics analysis skills, Business Processes Awareness
Language and Software Skills:
- MS Office Softwares, HRIS & HR Applications
- English is a must
