Definition of appropriate water treatment technologies for proposal opportunities,
-
Adept in client handling, preparing marketing collateral and preparing technical as well as corporate presentations,
-
Vendor selection & follow up to get budgetary offers for system equipment,
-
Understanding of piping & instrument diagram (P&ID), process flow diagram (PFD), line sizing, sizing of equipment (like tanks, pumps, filters, pressure vessels),
-
Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid / Proposal Document,
-
Maintaining proposal records & MIS reports,
-
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget,
-
Coordinate pricing structure or criteria to be used by each discipline or specialty that meet the objectives of the cost estimate,
-
Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations,
-
Determine proposal scope, define requirements, work with your team and others to coordinate production, meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities,
-
Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards programs, and reports.

Develop and/or revise manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions,
-
Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to others in the resolution of project control problems.
Required skills: (must have)
-
Hands-on experience in Proposal writing in water, Wastewater treatment, and Sewage Treatment as per client requirement,
-
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing the tender process, Procurement in water & waste Water Treatment Segment,
-
Hands-on experience in technical presentation and data collection,
-
Engineering degree with Cost Control related training,
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control of large, complex projects including budget preparation, reporting,
-
Hands-on experience in the Water treatment field or equivalent,
-
Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co‐workers, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants,
-
Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines,
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills,
-
Good level in the English language (verbal and written).
