Main Job Description of Sales Supervisor:
- Manage a commercial team
- Lead, coach and animate a B2B Team
- Coordinate, guide and accompany your team daily towards qualitative and performance objectives
- Assist your team members to develop their skills on an individual basis
- Keep control of the team activity and update the information system
- Ensure the implementation of the prospecting procedures by the team members
- Manage the team portfolio
- Ensure the individual performance targets are reached
Requirements:
- Bachelor (in management, international trade or commerce)
- Perfect command of the English language
- At least 4 years of experience in team management
- Dynamism, curiosity and resourcefulness
- Ability to lead and persuade
- Analytical mind
- Communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL, KPI system)
- Managerial and organizational skills
