Position Summary
Implementation of Lean process improvement program and deployment of Lean 2.0 Journey, including Trainings, Coaching, Workshops, Event planning and Problem Solving activities, …. that will enhance organizational Performance and support a culture and mindset of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
• Develop with all Plant Management Team the Continuous Improvement Plan of the Plant by analyzing the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Developing the Future State vision and monitoring the projects to meet the plan
• Develop people capabilities by delivering training either directly or via site deployment coaches or other internal or external experts on CI Tools
• Provide coaching to Management Team members and kaizen leads on event planning, execution and follow up
• Establish Strong MCIP & IMCIP Improvement Plans to deliver the Plant results
• Build a Continuous Improvement mindset by involving the key stakeholders to generate the massive number of Kaizens as per the Lean 2.0 expectations
Your Background
• Engineering Diploma
• Significant experience in the automotive sector in a similar position (minimum 5 years)
• Communication skills and Fluent English, Public Speaker, Coaching Skills, Team Spirit
• Reporting, analysis and Presentation Skills
• Problem-Solving Techniques and Knowledge of Manufacturing Proces
