Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client Français, un des leaders reconnus dans le secteur de prototypage
MISSIONS :
• Create purchase order (PO) within NetSuite (PROCUR module)
• Make reception of goods and/or services within NetSuite (PROCUR module)
• Liaise with Accounting for all topics related to booking and payment
• Follow expenses compared to approved budget
• Search for new vendors
• Negotiate with vendors to get the best price
• Evaluate yearly main vendors
• Take part to the preparation of calls for tenders
REQUIRED PROFILE :
• 3 – 4 years of experience working in large organization(s)
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building
• Competent in oral and Written Communication
• Autonomy and Initiative
• Absolute Confidentiality
COMPETENCY NEEDED :
• A vast procurement knowledge
• Complete mastery over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent ERP Skills
• English level : Advanced
• French level : Proficient
• Negotiation skills : Proficient
