Job Description

The Commercial Midmarket Inside Sales Team at Vistaprint Corporate Solutions (VCS) is responsible for acquiring and developing businesses that spend between EUR1,000 and EUR100,000 in Print Solutions. As we continue to grow our Commercial Midmarket Inside Sales team, we are seeking an impact-driven Business Development Representative who, under the direction of the EU Team Manager, will spearhead efforts to identify, pursue, close, and grow revenue-generating portals for our clients in the French Market.

You will leverage marketing collateral that will articulate our value proposition, and deliver against growth opportunities. Working within a start-up environment at VCS you will also gather and report on competitive insight, product guidance and customer feedback to Functional Leaders within the VCS business unit. As a key member in the start-up environment, you will be asked to flex your style to the business needs, try new techniques as the product emerges and influence revenue along the way.

Responsibilities

·       Prospect for new clients that employ 50-500 office workers in France, utilizing phone, email, web demonstrations.

·       Build your sales pipeline to acquire new portals each week.

·       Present to and consultatively sell to Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners and Individuals that select print services on behalf of the organization.

·       Demonstrate the portal set up and ongoing operation for the clients.

·       Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a successful account development from first purchase to ongoing buying.

·       Retain and grow overall portfolio of activated accounts 6 months’ post activation.

·       Forecast and deliver on new account activation and set up goals.

·       Contribute to the understanding of the competitive landscape and competitive positions

Exigences de l'emploi

Candidate Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields

·       Previous sales calling experience in the French BtoB market

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (fluent or near native)

·       Good command of English

·       Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or ability to learn new systems quickly

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting

·       A self-motivated, strong influencing, entrepreneurial mindset.
