 Job position/Title: Regional Sales Manager

This position’s primary responsibility is to:

Expand market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Increase sales by approaching new customers and developing the business relation with key accounts in African region.

Key responsibilities (Reporting directly to GM):

1) Present the company services in African region.

2) Planning and conducting business/sales meetings.

3 Establishes and maintain a relationship with the key decision-makers within client organizations.

4) Set a sales plan to meet the sales matrix/target on the assigned market/region.

5) Increase the sales volume and number of key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Follow up of the entire African region.

– Set the sales action plan. Planning and conducting business/sales meetings.

– Establishes and maintain a relationship with the key decision-makers within client organizations.

– Set a sales plan to meet the sales matrix/target on the assigned market/region.

– Increase the sales volume and number of key clients.

– Female/Male with elegant, smart looking and a friendly personality.

– Initiative self-disciplined and self-motivated.

– Flexible and ready to cope with different environments.

– Had travelled before across MENA region.

– Ambitious, dynamic, flexible and active personality.

– Sociable and can speak effectively in public.

– Willing to travel extensively to challenge/open markets and to operate independently.

Skills/Experience

– 5 years’ plus experience in B2B sales preferable in hygiene or healthcare industry.

– Work across different time zones and cultures.

– Computer literate especially in Ms. Office/presentations’ application as well as internet & social media.

– Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas.

– Capability to work independently without close supervision.

– Excellent writing and presentation skills.

– Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, and Market Knowledge.

Languages:

– Arabic native speaker(read/write).

– Fluent English/French.

– More languages are a plus.

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing & sales. MBA is a privilege.

Location:

– Home based, flexible to re-locate
