This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated BI Developer to work as part of a multi-disciplined team in a dynamic, fast paced, global organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, coupled with highly technical skills and should be comfortable working on their own, or as part of a larger group to deliver best in class BI tools.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly KPI presentations for Contact Centre Director, and Managers.
- Creation of new reports, and updating/optimising existing reports in SSRS.
- Maintenance and cleanup of Data warehouse objects.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues raised by Contact Centre Managers/Supervisors.
- Assist the wider development team in leveraging best practices and delivering timely responses to customer queries in the day to day running of the business.
- Liaise with both technical and business colleagues located locally and in our international offices
Exigences de l'emploi
What we need from you:
- Certificate or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1- 3 years’ experience with HTML, ASP.NET (Visual Basic), MS SQL Server , SSRS
- Microsoft Office 365 experience – mainly Excel
- A passion for making high quality, innovative application solutions
- A team player with strong analytic, communication & stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate findings, orally and visually, to a variety of audiences
