Description de l'emploi

  • Takes over the responsibility for:
    • All QM activities as per LEONI IMS within the Plant.
    • Training & Qualification of PS Quality Managers and their teams within the Plant.
    • The overall QM Budget planning, monitoring and achievement of the Plant.
  • Ensures the deployment and implementation of QM standards throughout the Plant.
  • Ensures implementation of continuous improvement actions of the quality management processes, procedures, policies, activities and reports throughout the Plant.
  • Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirement within the Plant.
  • Authorized to Stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products.

  • Complies with all current relevant legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.
  • Every employee is obliged, in the context of her or his responsibilities and duties, to report risks and opportunities to their direct superior.
  • Ensures and contributes to the customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures and contributes to LEONI financial targets and results.
  • Complies with the LPSplus Standards in accordance to LPSplus Manual.
  • Uses efficiently any kind of materials and resources of the company.

  • People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring).
  • Ensures the budget/costs planning, allocation, review and tracking under the consideration of the LEONI profitability.
  • Develops respective processes and KPIs.
  • Coordinates activities across departments and monitors results in order to achieve the defined objectives.
  • Encourages employees to come up with ideas for improving the activity and implementing them (promotes independence and self-confidence.)
  • Continuously empowers and motivates the team by showing attention for good performance.

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Level of Education : University : Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Studies / Branch of Study / Degree : Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant Production Management role.
  • Leadership Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant Production Management role.
  • Languages : German, English, French.
  • Key Qualifications (Professional Competence) :
    • Communication and presentation skills.
    • Leadership experience.
    • Knowledge of product liability.
    • Ability to understand technical drawings.
    • Knowledge of quality standards IATF 16949.
    • Interviewing / Competency Based Interviewing Skills Working knowl.
