A multinational electronics company is hiring immediately a Community Manager to be responsible for setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

Role & Responsibilities :  

– Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies

– Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers

– Provide engaging text & content for social media accounts

– Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

– Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews 

– Coordinate with Marcom teams to ensure brand consistency 

– Liaise with Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

– Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Skills & Qualifications  :

 – Bachelor degree in Communication/ Digital Marketing

– 2 to 3 Years experience as a community manager

– Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

– Excellent verbal communication skills ( French , English & Arabic)

– Writing proficiency 

– Detail oriented and multitasking

– Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

– Good team work abilities
