Accounting Assistant
Essential Responsibilities:
• Daily entry of accounting operations
• Preparation of accounting reconciliations
• Preparation of the documents necessary for the declaration
• Assistance with the closing of balance sheets (monthly or annual);
• Ensure the accounting follow-up
• Follow-up of insurance files
• Preparation of the necessary documents for the CNSS and ANETI.
Profile:
• Degree in accounting from a leading university.
• 0-1 years of experience in accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent command of other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
• Good levels of English and French required.
