Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Headcount and personnel cost budgeting and forecasting process and regular follow up
- Drive and document compliance with HR policies and processes, and compile data analysis reports, including workforce planning and analysis, as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts
- Support on cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises
- Ensure workday data accuracy
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of relevant HRIS systems and processes
- Support in monitoring HR Disciplinary topics and ensure effective follow up in line with local procedure
- Coordinate and support HR projects
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of related experience with focus on HR controlling and /or financial controlling (Mastery of Tunisian payroll is a plus)
- Advanced XL mastery
- Strong analytical skills paired with systematic approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and training
- Ability to work closely with Senior Management within a fast-growing,
- entrepreneurial environment
- English and French mastery
