Challenges:
Monitor and control IT-systems for security related events: IT-Security Analysis
Development and implementation of mechanism for IT-Security incident detection and handling
Identify, define and escalate IT-Security risks if vulnerability can’t be fixed in a short time and handover to Risk management
Ensure IT-Security awareness of IT personnel
Manage internal review of security controls
Manage internal IT-Security audit to identify the state of the audited system/specific solution
Manage vulnerability along a defined process
Identify trends and respective competency development needs in his/her area of ownership
Definition and optimization of standards in his/her area of ownership
Qualification:
Level of education: University degree/Engineer
Studies / branch of study / degree: Business Computer Science, Business Management or Economic Engineering
Work experience: Pertinent Project Experiences with application of PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Experience in Project related Change Management
IT: Pertinent Experiences in ERP Environment
Languages: Fluent English and French (written and spoken) – German is advantageous
Key qualifications(professional competence): Typically 1-3 years of relevant professional apprenticeship or Academic degree e.g. in informatics or comparable knowledge from previous professional experiences
Key qualifications(social competence): Communication and presentation strength; the ability to handle conflicts
Individual competencies: Courses and Trainings in the Security Field, e.g.. GCIH, CISSP, solid knowledge
Methodological competencies: Conceptual and analytical skills
Individual supplements: Works on advanced, complex projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge
