Bank ABC Tunisia is hiring a « Retail Quality & Services Officer »
The Retail Quality & Services Officer is responsible of conception, establishment promotion and evaluation of all deposits and services in link with Retail banking.
1. Job Purpose:
Reporting to Head of Retail Banking ,the Middle Office officer is mainly responsible of :
• Define, devise and update products of retail banking (for individuals, professionals and SMEs)
• Annually evaluate the profitability of each type of product and service.
• Define, devise and update communication supports related to retail banking products.
• Management of retail files (Follow up of debtor frozen accounts, petty cash, screening)
• Management of ABC Digital:- Be the interlocutor of branches and Heads of Branches for all problems with HO entities.
• Follow up of ABC Digital projects (tests, enhancement, new features.)
• Monitoring monthly DSA realizations
2. Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:

* Knowledge : marketing, finance or management
* Education / Certification : Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, economics, finance or management
* Experience : 3 years and more in the field of Retail Banking
