Transsion holdings is looking for 01 DM Moderator Specialist for its brand INFINIX BU in Tunisia as follows:
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing online forums, chat forums, social media groups,
* Maintaining friendly, productive, and constructive online forums,
* Moderating and monitoring the chat and alerting the participants when a rule violation has occurred
* Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews
* Monitoring participants’ behaviour online and forwarding reports of inappropriate behaviour to management.
* Promoting learning and growth of users
* Providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
Basic Requirements:
· University degree in Marketing/Digital marketing or relevant field of study.
· 1-2 years of Proven and demonstrable experience social media platforms, and Smart phone Software & Hardware
· Having an Up-to-date knowledge in digital technology trends
· Having the potential and attitude to learn and the ability to be flexible regarding work schedule.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good command of English
· Highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.
