Main Job of Front Desk Assistant:
- Administrative Management:
- Manage mail (physical and digital)
- Manage and order office supplies and cleaning products.
- Manage and report on local expenses.
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms
- Ensure necessary equipment and their proper handling.
- Ensure tidiness of the place
- Prepare, plan and coordinate events/ meetings /video conferences / phone conferences Communication with company collaborators (guests and visitors):
- Welcome guests and offer guidance
- Manage and report on the needed office supplies and monitor the condition of the supplies already provided
Profile Requirements:
- Proficient in English and French (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and helpful.
