Your tasks
- Setting up and expanding production and controlling all production processes
- Conception and implementation of production processes
- Capacity planning
- Promotion and implementation of improvement suggestions
- Technical and organizational support of the employees
- Cross-divisional way of thinking: Communication and cooperation especially with Sales, Engineering and Quality Assurance
- Cost, budget, investment planning
- Target: Assembling cable assemblies and related processes initially as a subcontractor to our production facility in Germany

Job profile
- Engineering degree with specialization in general Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Several years of experience in industrial series production, ideally even in cable production
- Proven track record in management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- English mandatory and German would be nice to have
