TADAEEM project is implementing USAID’s Tunisia Accountability, Decentralization and Effective Municipalities. This 4-year governance project aims to help the Government of Tunisia decentralize governance to the institutions closest to its citizenry and continue to strengthen its nascent democracy.
The project, alongside a team of subcontractors, will work to enhance citizen participation in the process of governance as well as the government’s capacity to deliver the services that citizens prioritize. The project team will work in 12 governorates, 33 adjacent municipalities, and with the central government in Tunis to ultimately strengthen the ecosystem of stakeholders and institutions across the country.
The SharePoint Developer may be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining SharePoint environments and Microsoft SQL Server databases, as well as creating and designing different websites.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint-based applications and workflows based on business requirements;
- Provide training to TADAEEM staff and partners on web design, maintenance and strategy, including developing user guides and job aids;
- Create products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies;
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or project leadership.
Requirements:
- Should have experience in SharePoint 2016/2013 Development
- Should have experience/exposure in O365, SharePoint Online
- Experience developing using: C#, .NET, HTML5, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SP services.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, MS SQL Server; SharePoint Lists
- Workflow development experience using Microsoft Flow
- Able to develop Powershell and SQL Server queries, views, etc
- SharePoint Designer/Nintex forms/workflow experience is a plus
- ShareGate migration tool experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
- 2 years of experience.
The SharePoint Developer will report directly to the IT Manager.
