Administrative assistant
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
• Budget follow up: to draft the updating of the Budget Follow Up according to the monthly accounting
• Reporting: to draft donor report according to the deadline, based on the Budget Follow Up
• Internal control: verification of invoices related to projects and according to internal and external rules, preparation of feedback to the internal stakeholder
• External audit: preparation of answer to the request of External audit, participation to meetings during audit exercise
• New budgets: to draft new budgets according to the new projects proposed by Program department
• Supply: to draft the documents for procurements from the request for quotation to the delivery
• Office maintenance: to monitor the status of the office and report any issue with structure, furniture, utilities
• Other task related to administration, accounting finance and logistics, according to the needs
Profil:
• Degree: Economics, Logistics, Accounting or other field related to the support services
• Excel: very high effectiveness elaborating spreadsheets
• PDF tools: very high effectiveness elaborating and reviewing document
• English: enough to manage professional conversation and write professional emails
• French: enough to manage professional conversation and write professional emails
• Arabic: able to read documents and speak colloquially
• Proactive and self-confident, quick and precise. Well organized.
