Role
- Support performance of commercial teams and management by providing quantitative market intelligence and maintaining effective sales tools.
Activities
1. Market Intelligence
- Maintain the market and competition databases (visa regulation, volume, competition and contracts, price, etc.) to support early identification of opportunities and commercial strategy. Cooperate with the different teams across the organisation to gather information.
- Develop and maintain quantitative models to estimate market size and market share.
- Develop market analysis and reports.
2. Sales Tools – SFDC
- Administrate accounts/target/territories/opportunities allocation.
- Administrate the SFDC instance deployed at TLScontact to support sales activities.
- Ensure alignment of the SFDC instance with sales processes. Identify and structure changes requests and have them implemented with TLS IT and TP Group support.
- Monitor SFDC usage and data quality; support Business Developers and Account Managers in their use of SFDC.
- Support the execution of the marketing campaigns.
3. Sales Reporting
- Develop and runs reports on sales activities (activities/meetings/campaigns, clients and targets, opportunities).
- Support sales commissioning process.

Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications: BA/BS degree
Experiences: 5 years’ experience in market analysis and/or sales support for B2B services
Knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of visa application and consular services outsourcing market (target).
- Strong interest and/or experience in new technologies
Capabilities:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent quantitative and modelling skills
- IT savvy
