Category and project procurement strategy: Participate in developing procurement strategies for general categories and general projects, and implement procurement strategies for key categories and key projects.
Supplier qualification and selection: Organize the qualification of important suppliers and organize supplier selection for key projects.
Procurement commercial and cost baselines: Establish and maintain procurement business and cost baselines for key categories, standardize business operations under the procurement process framework, standardize management of procurement documents, maintain IT systems and data, and continuously improve data quality.
Supply resource assurance: Effectively implement supply resource assurance measures for key categories, match supply and demand, coordinate supplier resources to support the development and delivery of important products, promote suppliers to resolve major supply and quality issues in a timely manner, and improve material procurability and supply continuity.
Routine supplier management: Under the guidance of SM, participate in routine management of important suppliers, organize performance evaluation and communication of important suppliers, organize important suppliers to sign relevant agreements, and organize meetings and trainings for important suppliers.

Have business sensitivity and insight; have strong project management capabilities; have a good command of project management methods; have good organizational and communication skills; be able to promote and execute key projects; have independent negotiation capabilities; be able to reach an agreement between the two parties, eliminate risks.
Professional knowledge requirements:
Master the knowledge of materials of related categories and the industry development situation, master the procurement business environment and business model, be familiar with local laws and regulations, and international trade and import and export knowledge.
Other requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, communications, computer, machinery, civil engineering, logistics, and economic management.
Better to have experience in hardware development of electronic products, project management, telecom engineering technology, civil engineering, logistics, equipment management, media communication, contract fulfillment, marketing, sourcing, etc, experience in the communications industry is preferred.
Have a strong international vision. English or French can be used as the working language and can be assigned globally, especially in hardship areas. Experience in overseas work is preferred, and relevant IT tools can be operated skillfully.
