Description de l'emploi

● Providing pre-sales and post-sales support via email, phone and remote access.● Providing technical support including delivering presentations, training sessions and demos for customers.● Performing UAT for fixes, change requests, core changes● Deployment of patches to customer sites● Providing customer support by testing issues for repeatability in order to acquire relevant steps in logging issues into ticketing systems accurately and efficiently● Providing technical support by researching, debugging and writing SQL Server queries to troubleshoot, confirm, verify, analyze and/or diagnose table data and SQL Server objects.● Providing technical support by troubleshooting 3rd party components that integrate with OSS360 to find solutions and workarounds (i.e., Oracle Field Services, ACH Clearinghouses, Facilities Management applications, Bank Lockboxes, Address Import applications, Business Documents applications, etc)● Providing onsite and remote customer support, writing and proof-reading documentation, and responding to after-hours emergency support calls. Interfacing with Engineering and Marketing to provide valuable input on product development. Proficiency in understanding customers’ Telecom business needs and collecting the relevant data without assistance in order to create a customer Request Worksheet that will be used to help develop requirement scope. Proactive, clear and responsive communication to relay and report multiple statuses, issues and information with immediate supervisor and relevant staff. Proficiency with billing components and concepts, usage CDRs, usage generation, free use application, switch interfaces, switch options, mediation, roaming TAP and CIBER, etc.● Perform business analysis, and reporting research for management.

Exigences de l'emploi

● Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in Telco OSS and Billing systems.● Proficiency in SQL Server Tools. High-level expertise in querying and manipulating data. Experience with SQL Server database backup, restore, and configuration.● Experience in testing and troubleshooting IIS, SoapUI, APIs, webservices.● Experience in troubleshooting and using hardware, software, network and Windows OS environments (Permissions, Active Directory, IIS, TCP, IP, Remote Desktop, etc)● Ability to work alone troubleshooting complicated network/software problems, and the ability to work in a team environment.
