We are looking for an energetic master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills in English/Arabic/French
Candidates should be able to assist management and clients by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via CRM, phone, mail, and e-mail, making appointments, reservations or travel arrangements.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, invoicing, scheduling meetings, and placing orders Booking travel arrangements, & car rentals Screening phone calls and routing callers or messages to the appropriate party Generate reports, transcribing minutes from meetings, creating presentations, and conducting research. Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail in English/Arabic/French
Administrative Assistant Requirements
Degree in administration, business, accounting or human resources 2 yrs of prior administrative experience 2 yrs of experience in utilizing CRMs such as bitrix & google suite tools Attention to detail Fluency in English, Arabic, & French Proactive in creating a positive work environment and client experience
