Key Tasks:

  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
  • Assist in installing or changing software to fix issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent user service.
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support.

Exigences de l'emploi

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in IT.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a teamwork-oriented spirit and personality, a high degree of integrity and professional responsibility.
  • Must have the ability to contribute to an environment where the company values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and stakeholders.
  • Good in English, French and Arabic
