We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.

Our HR Administrative Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

The purpose of this job is to develop, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily be responsible for all administrative tasks, including the setup of filing, employee data, managing employee updates, job descriptions and handle all confidential communication
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Prepare Payroll Data.
  • Participate actively to candidate’s selection and hiring.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven working experience as HR or/and Admin Assistant
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

Ultimately, you will gain another HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.
