Description de l’annonce:
-Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
-Provide a training sessions for new software or solution and orientation for new joiners
– Ensure and follow Company and IT department policies & procedures
-Helps maintain an inventory of all desktop, mobile devices and network components.
-Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
-Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
-Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
-Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system
-Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
-Ensure and Implement network security and connectivity
-Create and verify backups of data.
-Respond to and resolve help desk requests
-Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
-Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
-Review application logs
-Install and test computer-related equipment
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Technology, degree or relevant experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology environment support
-Specific experience with Microsoft server Operating Systems 2008 to 2016 .
-Basic Knowledge Linux operating system.
-Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
-Experience firewall technology and switching and routing
-Ability to set up and configure server hardware-MCSA, MCSE, MCTP, CCNA is preferable
