M&C IT Consulting is an IT consulting company specialized in Airline IT and ERP which partners with leaders of the industry in Europe, Middle East/Africa and Asia.M&C offers challenging and rewarding international projects with leading customers of the industry and is a growing company that values people, quality and customer satisfaction.Thanks to its international expansion, M&C is opening several positions within its team working on one of the leading system in the Airline industry.It is a unique opportunity to learn about Airlines IT and for good candidate to evolve towards other positions in consulting, implementation or development.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage implementation for new customers (big corporation)
- Understand and document Customers data/ functional/ technical implementation requirements
- Perform configuration settings according to Customer needs
- Perform validation and testing
- Provide pre and post implementation support
- Identify and resolve implementation showstoppers and issues
- Co-ordinate with Customer and various share holders with respect to implementation progress and actions
- Identify opportunities for and contribute to implementation process improvements (quality, timelines and cost of service provided)
- Recommend solutions
- Propose/develop internal tools/ techniques for further process automation
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time.
- Train new comers
Exigences de l'emploi
- Master degree in IT.
- Capacity and willingness to understand complex functional flows and processes.
- Good analytical, decision making, and trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge of the Travel industry is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (shell, scripting).
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience of SQL
- Good command of French and English.
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Customer and quality focus.
- Proactivity/flexibility.
- Up to 2 years experience.
