Quality Management Manager
Mission:
-Support of the continuous improvement process for the department, the interfaces, location and all the affected internal and external quality processes
-Quality Planning and Assurance for series production
-FMEA moderation and support (Process-FMEA)
-Customer quality support with regard to the location (internal/external communication of Q-requirements for products and processes
-Customer Complaint Management
-Supplier QM (Supplier Quality Expert-tasks,
Supplier Quality Assurance tasks incl. buy part complaint management, use of escalation rules for buy parts
-Support and development of the Integrated Management System (QM: IATF 16949/ISO 9001, Environmental Management: ISO 14001, etc.):
Internal Audit Management
Certification Audit Management
Management of Customer Specific Requirement
-Customer initial sampling (PPAP with all quality tests and inspections tasks as well as qualification tasks and their evidences)
-Internal inspection support for qualification, initial sampling, engineering change notifications or for complaint analysis
-Monitoring of test equipment :registration, calibration, capability studies and corrective actions)
Profil::
-Electrical, mechanical , mechatronics or industrial engineering degree.
-Quality education as background is mandatory
-Experience in automotive supplier industry for several years
-Experience in a leading position in quality management for several years
-Auditor and statistical expert (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt) is preferable.
-Knowledge of standards and regulations: IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, etc.
-Excellent electronic and mechatronic basic knowledge
-Measurement and test engineering experience
-Basic knowhow in finance and business management
-Knowledge about production processes at the location, depending on the set up (Molding, Stamping, Electronic production SMT (Surface Mount Technology), THT (Through Hole Technology, electrical/mechanical End of Line Testing)
-SAP knowhow (especially SAP Q module)
-Good knowledge of German and English
-cooperative, team player, authority, strong physical constitution, able to work under pressure, readiness for action
