Description de l'emploi
We are looking for one of our major account customers specialized in plastic injection of automotive parts (manufacture of molds and models):
Line leader / Production supervisor
Tasks :
- Complies with the rules and regulations of the company, as well as the requirements for health and safety and environmental protection. Performs daily, monthly and annual on-the-job briefings.
Implements the general production plan in order to achieve certain produced quantities and other production parameters: quality, efficiency and timely delivery.
- Organization of the work process – monitors and has responsability for the implementation of the production plan in an established sequence and planned time for implementation
- Monitoring the observance of the work instructions by the operators in order to achieve the requirements for quality, efficiency and safety
- Responsible for the identification of the need for training, qualification and retraining of the operators, according to the production needs.
Responsible for the annual certification of employees
- Reporting the presence of the operators – correctness of the information and reporting in the system
- Responsible for compliance with safety instructions and the usage of PPE by operators, conducting and documenting safety instructions and proper waste treatment
- Available to work in shifts
- Working with company programs:
- resource management system – timely confirmations and posting of manufactured products. Delivery to the main warehouse of finished products
- Preventive support system – timely, detailed and correct filling of the information
Exigences de l'emploi
Competencies :
- 2 + years front line management experience or equivalent; preferable in modern electronic factory
- Daily usage of office software, english/Italian language knowledge;
- Understand IPC-A-610 quality requirement;
- Basic knowledge of LEAN tools
- Team Leadership, conflict management skills, organizational, communication and training skills
