We are looking for one of our major account customers specialized in plastic injection of automotive parts (manufacture of molds and models):
Process/Wave Engineering – Senior BackEnd Technician
Mission of the function :
Responsible of the BackEnd ( Components manual insertion, Wave soldering, Manual soldering, Touch UP) daily operations, prepare Wave Soldering machine programs, coordinate daily/monthly/yearly maintenance work, trouble shooting;
lead BE technician team daily work, training the new technicians
Tasks :
- check and verify the machine operating status daily and make the corresponding record, arrange team technician daily work;
- check every machine production status and quality status, analyse the machine performance and make the record;
- based on the working instruction to verify machine operation, verify and approve the temperature profile, make the record;
- Identify and submit innovative technical solutions finalized to the reduction of the maintenance costs of machines and production plants. Collect data, create the specific documentation and plan the execution of technical actions concerning the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Based on the machine maintenance plan, make the trouble shooting and repair together with team, make the preventive maintenance based on the machine status and production plan, make the suggestion for next step maintenance to improve machine performance in future;
- prepare the corresponding program in advance and debug it based on production plan, issue the working instruction based on program;
- Optimize / manage / backup the program regularly;
- inspect operator handling machine method based on the working instruction or not, correct and retrain them, require production line foreman/leader improve;
- Availability to work in shifts
- All requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, environmental protection regulations, and internal company rules must be observed.
Exigences de l'emploi
Competencies :
- 3+ years or over Wave Soldering working experience in modern electronics plant;
- english/Italian knowledge;
- Skilled in manual soldering (SMD+PTH) and touch up operation,
- Able to train, monitor workers performance
- Master some PTH technology theory and some kind of machine experience, understand IPC-A-610 quality requirement;
- Can handle the maintenance technology and trouble shooting, repair skill;
- Fluency in English/Italian (oral and Writing)
- Strong team building and organizational skills
- Excel knowledge with basic statistic functions
