-Gestion du temps, des priorités et de l’organisation du travail-Animation de réunion de travail opérationnelle-Conduite d’entretiens y compris complexes-Compréhension et résolution de problèmes complexes-Outils et méthodes d’intervention relatifs à : collecte d’information, analyse, diagnostic, production de solutions-Rédaction de synthèses, compte-rendu, rapports y compris ceux ayant une certaine complexité-Pratique professionnelle de l’anglais et/ou autre langue étrangère ConnaissancesQualités requises

Parce qu’il est régulièrement en contact avec les clients, le consultant senior en management doit faire preuve de qualités d’écoute pour répondre de manière efficace à leurs besoins. Il doit également faire preuve d’initiative pour proposer des solutions adéquates répondant aux attentes du client.
