Description de l'emploi
– Plan the additional shifts, in the case that these are needed
– Assign and supervise the jobs,
-Control the data for the remuneration (Direct)
– Participate in employees selection and recruitment, employees administration, AIP interviews
– Knowledge and use of « Management control cycle »
-Daily contact to team members : Conduct of staff
-meetings and exchange information
-conduct of daily stand up/QRQC and monthly meetings Support staff in
problem-solving processes (PDCA,5 Why, QRQC,Pareto, Diagram, 8D, etc …)
-Integrate and train the new employees
-Evaluate and validate the new employee at the end of the training plan period /probation period
-Check the ergonomics of the workplaces and initiate required improvement measures
Exigences de l'emploi
Level of education : University degree
Work experience Minimum : 1 year experience as shift leader
Leadership experience Minimum : 1 year experience as shift leader
IT : MS Office (Level2), FORS, SAP, NCR, e-KANBA
Languages : French, English
