Description de l'emploi
Responsibilities:
– Analyze the requests received in order to find the best technical solutions according to customer needs;
– Contribute to the design and development of CRM solutions in accordance with industry best practices and specific customer requirements,
– Implement CRM solutions,
– Play an active role in all phases of development,
– Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team,
– Help with the integration of other systems / services.
Exigences de l'emploi
Specific skills of the position:
– Knowledge and development on at least one CRM / SRM tool (Selligent, Dynamics, Salesforce etc.);
– Knowledge of relational databases and query languages;
– Knowledge of Frontend / Backend development (Javascript, PHP etc.);
– Ability to write a technical specification book;
– Experience required: 2-5 years;
– Minimum level B2 of French language.
