eXo Platform is looking to hire a Product Manager.
Function :
As a product manager, you will be part of a team in charge of advancing eXo products and offerings. Primary responsibilities include developing detailed feature requirements, maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs, clearly developing and refining product specifications. This includes working closely with marketing, engineering, QA and documentation teams throughout the entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have web-based software product management experience and be knowledgeable about emerging technology trends. The Product Manager will be a key member of a larger team focused on advancing eXo products and offerings.
Duties:
- Describe functional requirements for product features and enhancements
- Establish and maintain a product roadmap
- Collect and manage a backlog of feedbacks and improvement requests from multiple sources
- Support product development efforts by working with technical staff
- Work with a product marketing team to understand business requirements
- Manage time and priorities across multiple initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product functionality
Exigences de l'emploi
Desired Experience :
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Experience in agile development environment
- Understanding principles of UX and interaction design will be a plus
Skills :
- Strategic thinker who is detail oriented, analytically strong and data driven
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing and has experience with software development technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate visually with mockups and wireframes
- Both business and technical savvy,
- Make a big-picture vision a reality and find innovative solutions for the product
- Strategic thinker who sees the big picture while still able to focus on the details
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the company
